Join me for a 3-month guided breathwork immersion designed to help you release what’s holding you back, remember who you truly are beneath the roles, and return home to your open heart.

Each month we’ll gather live online in sacred space, with guided journalling, transformational breathwork, and gentle integration - to shift from survival to soulful presence.

Commitment: 3-month container for deep transformation

Each month, we gather live online in a guided breathwork circle to:

💛 Let go of stress, doubt, and self-protection
💛 Remember your truth beyond the masks and roles
💛 Reconnect to your inner wisdom, self-love, and clarity

This is a container of intention, depth, and love. Each session will meet you exactly where you are and guide you home to your authentic self.

Each session combines:
Guided journalling to set your intention
Transformational breathwork journey
Integration and grounding meditation

The Three Themes:
Rise – Uncover what’s holding you back and release old stories
Remember – Reconnect with your authentic self beyond roles and expectations
Reconnect – Open your heart and embody who you came here to be

The total investment is $122 per person and includes replays.

🧘‍♀️ Please Prepare:

  • A quiet, comfortable space

  • Yoga mat or blanket

  • Cushions, eye pillow (optional)

  • Water bottle

  • Journal + pen for self-reflection after the session

  • Your favourite essential oil, candle, or crystal if you’d like to create a sacred space

  • Highly recommended: A Bluetooth speaker or (even better) headphones for a more immersive sound experience 🎧

🌀 Pre-Session Suggestions:

  • Avoid caffeine

  • Eat lightly at least 2 hours before

  • Dress in comfy clothes

  • Stay hydrated

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
