Acceptance vs Forgiveness

 

When we are healing past traumas or situations which can be difficult to move on from, it’s okay to not forgive. However, it’s important to learn acceptance as this is a choice which helps us to take responsibility of our own healing which then leads to a happy and free life. 💫
