For most men and women a big part of our lives is trying to keep all the balls juggling without feeling overwhelmed and burnt out with little or no time for ourselves. I have created this 9 week program to really help YOU to find YOUR balance again! The first few weeks are spent intimately getting to know yourself again. I help you to bring awareness and shift to your negative self-talk and your limiting beliefs. Once you have this awareness you can only evolve.
Once you’ve connected back to your true self, I then help with tools to quieten the mind and bring stillness into your day. This part of the program is most important because having emotional stability each day allows you to regain energy and have space for you to be who you truly are!
Next, it’s time to dive into your body and what lights you up! Why is it that we seem to not be able to ever find time for ourselves? We often put ourselves last which isn’t helping anyone including those around you. Together we find your mojo again and what makes your heart sing plus I ensure we “make” time in your busy schedule for YOU.
After integrating the 3 core pillars of mind, body and soul we start to focus on your future. I help you to set up your future with clarity and provide the tools for success. After the 9 weeks, if you don’t feel more connected to your mind, body and soul then I will keep working with you until you do!
