"I embarked on a journey to understand what true masculinity meant after my wife confronted me with a painful truth — she said she didn’t feel like there were any real men in her life. That hit hard. I had attended men’s circles before, but they often lacked direction and depth. I knew I needed something more.

Joining The Inner Sanctum, led by Michael Stuth and Kyle, was a turning point. This wasn’t just talk — it was a space of real accountability, honest reflection, and courageous vulnerability. Over three months, I’ve not only deepened my connection with my wife, but I’ve also found a renewed sense of purpose in my life as a man.

This container has helped me strip back layers of avoidance and distraction, and face the parts of me I’d buried. I’m clearer, more grounded, and more intentional than I’ve ever been.

"I was looking for somewhere to grow as a man. Coming out of two long term relationships I realised I needed to change and healthy ways of moving forward. When I was offered a spot on the Inner Sanctum I made the decision to dive in.

What I really liked about it was the structure. Knowing that it’s a repeated cycle with a solid framework was a game changer. I felt I learnt to express myself in front of other men which was huge for me as I have had massive problems with trusting other men.

Accountability was so important in this group - We are human so we can slip up but the group holds us accountable but with compassion so there’s a firmness but in a really supportive way. I have way more confidence in myself and my decision making - most importantly, I am so much more comfortable in being me.”
